What I sent my opinion to the Save Shimokitazawa Organization is as follows that referred to new environmental standard.

>Hello.Recently I read impressive article regarding new environmental standard that restrains constructing new buildings in a city in order to be more environment friendly.More in detail if it is applied to Shimokitazawa case,new urban development project of it may be freeze since new tall buildings will exhaust much heat from air conditioners that cause heat island phenomenon in the metropolitan area.

I do wish this new standard will contribute for Tokyo to refrain from construction new buildings one after another so that some area would be left as it is like old Shimikitazawa town.
